We want you to love your custom apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized items with custom names or images are eligible for return only in the case of manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
